At Caterham Round Table, we’re more than just a social club — we’re a community of like-minded individuals dedicated to making a positive impact in our local area. Founded on the principles of fellowship, service, and personal development, we’ve been enriching lives and serving our community for over 50 years.
Who We Are
Caterham Round Table is a diverse group of men, aged 18-45, from all walks of life, united by a shared desire to give back to our community.
From business owners and professionals to tradesmen and entrepreneurs, our members bring a wealth of experience, skills, and perspectives to the table.
WHAT WE DO
Caterham Round Table have a varied calendar of events that run throughout the year, from regular group outings to have fun, try new experiences and forge new friendships to public charity and fundraising events, such as Waller Pain, Caterham Beer Festival or Caterham Fireworks Display.
Through our fundraising events, community projects, and social activities, we actively contribute to the betterment of Caterham and its residents. Whether it’s to raise funds for local charities, volunteering our time back to the community, or supporting worthy causes, we’re always looking for new ways to make a positive impact.
Our Mission
Round Table was born here in the UK when Louis Marchesi was inspired by a speech given by the future King in 1927. The speech referred to King Arthur’s Knights of the Round Table and spoke of the importance of young people coming together in the spirit of friendship and working together to do good.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: it’s about making a tangible, positive impact on communities, trying new experiences, and forging lasting friendships that echo the spirit of King Arthur’s legendary Round Table.
Through our commitment to service, camaraderie, and personal growth, we aim to be a driving force for positive change in Caterham and beyond.
